We collect and process the following types of information to provide and improve Neztdo’s task and workflow management services:

Personal Identification

• Email Address: Mandatory for account creation, authentication, and communication.
• Name: Collected for workspace creation and profile display. Users may enter any preferred name.
• Business Address and Contact Details: Optional. Used only for invoicing and organizational records.

Workspace & Operational Data

• Workspaces, teams, task assignments, workflows, priorities, deadlines, and statuses.
• Comments, activity logs, collaboration history, and audit trails.

Financial & Subscription Data

• Subscription plan, renewal status, and transaction receipts (collected through RevenueCat, App Store, or Google Play).
• Neztdo does not store or process credit card or payment information directly.

Device & Usage Data

• Device identifiers, IP address, browser type, operating system, crash logs, and usage analytics (collected via AWS and Firebase analytics tools).

Uploads & Attachments

• Files, documents, or images uploaded to tasks or workflows.
